These Sales Terms apply to consumer purchases made through confluenhome.com.

Our store sells non-medical everyday hygiene accessories, including oral hygiene, hand and foot care, and body cleansing accessories.

If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

2. Products and Orders

Product descriptions, photographs, and prices are presented to help customers make informed choices.

Minor visual variations that do not affect the item’s essential characteristics may occur.

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. We will send an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid where applicable.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable French VAT.

Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

An invoice is available for your order.

4. Delivery Costs and Timing

We deliver only to Metropolitan France.

For eligible orders delivered to Metropolitan France:

Orders with a product value of €65 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
Orders with a product value of less than €65 are charged €7.99 for standard delivery.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in a further 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Orders placed after 16:00 France time may be processed on the next business day.

We do not deliver to Corsica, other islands, French overseas departments or territories, military bases, PO boxes, or sensitive addresses.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled or changed.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We cover standard return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We initiate refunds within 3 business days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or faulty.

We bear the necessary costs of the applicable remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement, repair, a price reduction, or reimbursement.
